A new 66 berth marina for an established harbour-side hotel. The amenity is designed for local pleasure craft, visiting tournament fishing boats and mega yachts. Fourteen foot wide breakwaters and eight foot wide concrete floating docks are durable and stable. Services have been carefully integrated for an uncluttered appearance and minimal maintenance. Services include fire hydrants, potable and grey water, sanitary pump out, various electrical supplies, solar lighting, navigation beacons and wifi. In addition, there is provision for future refueling stations.
