A new residence for a family of four designed to capture the view over South Shore. The primary design feature the open plan living space (kitchen, dining and family room) and seamlessly flowing to a large verandah and infinity edge swimming pool. To accommodate the owner’s passion for cooking, the kitchen is well equipped with a pantry and large preparation zone to one side and less visible from the entertaining area.
The plan form and detailing are deliberately uncluttered and with crisp lines. Building materials and colours are restrained to form a calm and refined backdrop for family and guests.
