A new 31,100 sf mixed use, 6 storey building located in Pembroke. The building includes a fitness center with squash court, eight high end apartments and a penthouse apartment. The design compliments the adjacent Bacardi headquarters building and is part of a master plan developed for the West Hamilton property.
