Coach Germano Botelho for the Devonshire Colts U10’s took his team to Manheim PA to participate in the PA Classics Mid Atlantic Cup from June 25 to June 30, 2015. The trip was a team building and fun trip. Coach Germano uses football as a vehicle to teach his team the more important life skills to being productive members of our community. Through football his team learns how to interact, communicate and work with peers who may not have the same background or skills. Many local businesses and individuals helped to fund the trip including Botelho Wood Architects.
Although the team won only 1 game out of their 3 games, it was a successful trip on many levels. The results of the games are listed below:
